PESTSHIELD X2
PestShield X2 is our most common preventative plan focusing on insect reduction. On-going insect reduction service is completed two times per warm season. Each routine insect reduction service is completed at an estimated cost of $145 plus tax. (Building size will impact final plan cost)

If needed, extra visits to treat a pest covered in the program between regular treatments will be completed at an estimated cost of $55 plus tax. (Please see covered pests). Fine's Pest Control will complete two scheduled preventative exterior treatments around the home or building. Treatments are completed during the warm season which runs March - November.
During this service we treat the foundation perimeter, accessible eaves and overhangs and other areas near the structure conducive for insect activity. Interior treatment is available upon request.
All treatments are safe for people, pets, and the local environment.
Our residual insecticide works for months after each application.
If the home or building has not been treated recently then an initial application is necessary and is completed at an estimated cost of $265 plus tax. (Building size will impact final plan cost). If an active pest concern is present, then a remedial treatment to control this pest concern is necessary. Once remedial treatment is completed PestShield can begin. Pests covered in this program are wasps, yellow jackets, hornets, spiders, flies, all species of ants, centipedes, roaches, house crickets, carpenter bees, occasional invaders. Pests not covered in this program are rodents, bed bugs, fleas, termites, bats and wild animals. Fine's does not offer wild animal services at this time.

PESTSHIELD PLUS RODENTS
PestShield Plus Rodents is a common preventative plan focusing on insect reduction and rodent control. On-going insect reduction service is completed three to four times per year. Each routine service is completed at an estimated cost of $115 plus tax. (Building size will impact final plan cost)

PestShield CUSTOMIZED is a common preventative plan focusing on insect reduction and rodent control. Some homes and buildings require a customized plan due to certain pest pressures or requirements.
Fine's Pest Control can create customized monthly, quarterly or seasonal preventative treatment plans depending on your needs.
If the home or building has not been treated recently then an initial application is necessary and is completed at an estimated cost of $265 plus tax. TICKSHIELD
Tick, Mosquito and other biting insect reduction services. Ticks, Mosquito and other biting insect reduction treatments are completed multiple times per warm season with a goal of significantly reducing the population of blood feeding insects such as ticks and mosquitos.
During each treatment we treat areas conducive for high levels of tick, mosquito and other biting insect to human contact on your property. These areas include lawn areas, wood line areas, pool areas, foundation perimeter, garden areas, fence lines, pond areas, campfire areas, children play areas and other areas conducive for tick, mosquito activity. We utilize a highly effective, safe, residual insecticide which kills ticks in all life stages and reduces adult mosquito populations.
At times, insect growth regulators are utilized to break up reproductive cycles of mosquitoes, ticks and other biting insects.
After treatment is completed, it takes approximately 15 days for materials to be completely effective.
All of Fine’s Pest Control treatments are safe for children, pets and the local environment.
Please note: Tick and mosquito services significantly reduce activity. However, its important to take appropriate precautions when venturing outdoors or into the woods.
Estimated treatment costs: (These are estimated costs based on approximately a half-acre) (Prices are subject to change).

Ongoing tick, mosquito and other biting insect reduction service: Begins approximately one month after initial treatment and starts at $165 plus tax per application. Three – Four applications recommended per warm season. (Based on Approximately ½ acre).
